Responsibilities
- Sort and organize mail/packages according to delivery routes
- Safely deliver mail to residential and commercial addresses
- Operate delivery vehicles and maintain route efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Operate USPS equipment (scanners, carts, etc.)
- Report delivery issues and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to all USPS safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong time management and route-following skills
