Responsibilities
- Sort, process, and distribute mail according to USPS protocols
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide exceptional customer service at retail counters and via phone inquiries
- Load/unload mail containers and operate sorting machinery
- Adhere to all safety regulations and postal security procedures
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
- Assist with special mail handling during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
