Responsibilities
- Sort, process, and deliver mail/packages according to postal regulations
- Operate mail handling equipment and delivery vehicles safely
- Provide exceptional customer service at retail counters and on delivery routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and USPS policies
- Assist with mail processing operations during peak seasons
- Perform route adjustments and special deliveries as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for postal systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
