Responsibilities
- Sort, process, and distribute mail/packages efficiently using USPS systems
- Operate mail processing equipment and maintain accurate records
- Deliver mail to residential and commercial addresses along designated routes
- Load/unload vehicles and maintain organized mail compartments
- Adhere to strict delivery timeframes and safety protocols
- Assist with customer inquiries regarding mail services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong work ethic and commitment to public service
