Responsibilities
- Sort and process mail/packages efficiently according to USPS standards
- Deliver mail and packages along assigned routes with accuracy and timeliness
- Operate mail processing machinery and sorting equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer service logs
- Assist customers at retail counters with postal services
- Adhere to all safety protocols and security procedures
- Perform light maintenance of delivery vehicles and equipment
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status required
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
