Responsibilities
- Sort and organize mail/packages by delivery routes and zip codes
- Deliver mail and parcels to residential/commercial addresses
- Collect outgoing mail from designated collection points
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain daily logs
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery inquiries
- Report delivery issues, irregularities, and maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
