- Sort, process, and deliver mail/packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Operate USPS vehicles safely and efficiently in all weather conditions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer service logs
- Collect postage and fees when required
- Adhere to strict USPS safety protocols and delivery schedules
- Assist with mailroom operations and sorting equipment maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Ability to work outdoors in Seattle's climate year-round
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
