Responsibilities
- Sort, process, and deliver mail/packages accurately and efficiently according to USPS protocols
- Operate mail handling machinery and vehicles safely in all weather conditions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer service logs
- Uphold strict security standards for confidential materials
- Assist with special mail projects during peak seasons
- Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes
- Provide exceptional customer service at all interaction points
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous logistics or delivery experience preferred
