Responsibilities
- Efficiently collect, sort, and deliver mail/packages to residential/commercial addresses
- Safely operate delivery vehicles while adhering to traffic laws
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report service issues
- Provide exceptional customer service during mail interactions
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Collaborate with sorting facility staff to ensure timely processing
- Adhere to all postal regulations and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 70 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status
- Basic computer literacy for digital tracking systems
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery experience preferred
