Responsibilities
- Sort, process, and deliver mail/packages efficiently according to USPS standards
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Provide courteous customer service at retail counters and via phone inquiries
- Operate mail processing machinery and sorting equipment
- Maintain security protocols for mail and postal assets
- Adhere to all USPS policies, safety regulations, and delivery schedules
- Assist with mailroom operations during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for mail tracking systems
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Prior delivery or logistics experience preferred
