Responsibilities
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and accurately.
- Deliver packages and mail to residential and commercial addresses along assigned routes.
- Interact professionally with customers to answer inquiries and resolve delivery issues.
- Ensure safe handling of sensitive documents and parcels at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery activities and any exceptions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a background check.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
