Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures for large-scale data processing and model deployment.
- Lead the technical vision for the company's 2026 AI Roadmap, translating business goals into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding R&D, Product, and Engineeringâto integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of state-of-the-art machine learning frameworks and hardware accelerators.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring models are reproducible, monitorable, and maintainable in production environments.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies to keep the architectural framework ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Masterâs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in designing and deploying complex AI systems.
- Deep expertise in Future Tech stacks, including deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring engineering teams and driving technical strategy.
