Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training and MLOps deployment.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, fairness, and transparency in our product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive innovation in reinforcement learning and multi-modal AI integration.
- Mentor senior engineers and define technical roadmaps for the AI division.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior or principal leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning methodologies.
