Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic communication plans for state initiatives

- Coordinate public engagement events and stakeholder outreach

- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on messaging alignment
- Monitor public sentiment and adjust communication strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of government/public sector communications experience
- Expertise in crisis communication and media relations protocols
- Advanced proficiency with CMS platforms and analytics tools
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
- Tennessee residency required (or willingness to relocate)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional in-person meetings
