Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic communications plans for city initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of government/public sector communications experience
- Expertise in crisis communication protocols
- Proficiency with CMS, social media analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
