Responsibilities
- Analyze complex health data to identify trends and inform policy decisions
- Develop comprehensive public health reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on disease surveillance and prevention programs
- Manage grant-funded projects ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations
- Lead community outreach initiatives to promote health education
- Monitor emerging health threats and recommend mitigation strategies
- Maintain accurate health databases and ensure data integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public health data analysis
- Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, SAS, R) and GIS mapping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with grant management and federal reporting requirements
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to obtain security clearance
