Responsibilities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and inform policy decisions
- Develop comprehensive health program evaluations using quantitative and qualitative methods
- Collaborate with local health departments on disease prevention initiatives
- Prepare detailed reports for state legislators and public health stakeholders
- Manage grant-funded projects ensuring compliance with federal requirements
- Lead community health assessment projects across Indiana counties
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years experience in public health data analysis or program evaluation
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, SAS, R)
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean driving record
- Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) preferred
- Demonstrated experience with grant management and reporting
