Responsibilities
- Develop and implement emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Coordinate multi-agency disaster response efforts including hospitals and NGOs
- Lead community vaccination and testing campaigns during health emergencies
- Train county staff and community partners on emergency procedures
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform response strategies
- Manage emergency supply chains and resource allocation
- Prepare federal grant reports and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health emergency response
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of FEMA and CDC emergency frameworks
- Experience with crisis communication and public messaging
- Ability to work 24/7 during declared emergencies
- Proficient in GIS mapping and emergency software platforms
- Valid Arizona driver's license
