Responsibilities
- Conduct field investigations for disease outbreaks, environmental hazards, and public health violations
- Collect and analyze epidemiological data to identify trends and recommend interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, labs, and community organizations for coordinated response
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for regulatory compliance and public notifications
- Provide emergency response support during public health crises and natural disasters
- Train local stakeholders on disease prevention protocols and reporting procedures

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of field investigation or public health experience

- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends during emergencies
