Responsibilities
- Develop and implement public health education campaigns across Virginia communities
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to improve vaccination outreach
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and program gaps
- Manage grant budgets and reporting for state-funded health initiatives
- Train community health workers on program protocols
- Liaise with local government agencies for resource allocation
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend policy improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in public health program coordination
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean record
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills using SPSS/Excel
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent
- Experience with grant management and compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for community events
