Responsibilities
- Design evidence-based public health interventions targeting underserved populations
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to implement health education programs
- Monitor program outcomes and prepare comprehensive impact reports
- Secure and manage grant funding for health initiatives
- Train staff and volunteers on public health protocols
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform program strategies
- Represent the department at community health events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Education, or related field
- 3+ years of program coordination experience in public health
- Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) preferred
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Experience with grant writing and management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Knowledge of Indiana public health regulations
- Valid Indiana driver's license
