- Collaborate with state/federal agencies to secure grant funding

- Develop educational materials for diverse community audiences
- Manage program budgets and compliance reporting requirements
- Lead cross-departmental task forces on public health emergencies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 3+ years experience in government/nonprofit program management
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS)
- Experience with federal grant administration (CDC, HRSA)
- Knowledge of Minnesota public health regulations
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
