Responsibilities
- Oversee development and execution of county-wide public health initiatives
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health threats
- Coordinate with community partners for health education campaigns
- Manage program budgets and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
- Lead crisis response teams during public health emergencies
- Prepare comprehensive reports for county commissioners and stakeholders
- Mentor junior staff and conduct program evaluations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 5+ years of public health program management experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent
- Advanced knowledge of HIPAA and public health regulations
- Proven grant writing and budget management skills
- Experience with health data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Valid Colorado driver's license
