Responsibilities
- Design and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting chronic disease prevention
- Manage $1M+ budgets and collaborate with 15+ community partners
- Analyze health data trends and prepare quarterly impact reports for state legislators
- Lead cross-functional teams of 8+ healthcare professionals
- Ensure HIPAA/FDA compliance across all program operations
- Develop grant proposals securing federal/state funding
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for public health crises
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 5+ years program management experience in government/nonprofit
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or Project Management (PMP)
- Advanced proficiency in SPSS/R for health data analysis
- Demonstrated success managing federal grant-funded initiatives
- Experience with Ohio public health regulations and reporting
- Strong stakeholder management skills with diverse communities
- Valid Ohio driver's license
