Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or healthcare
- Expertise in quantitative data analysis and statistical software
- Proven track record of developing actionable policy recommendations
- Knowledge of Illinois public health regulations and systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with budget development and grant management
