Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate public health programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and inform policy decisions
- Coordinate with local health departments, community organizations, and federal agencies
- Manage grant-funded projects ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations
- Prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders and legislative bodies
- Lead community outreach initiatives and health education campaigns
- Monitor program performance metrics and recommend strategic improvements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of public health program implementation experience
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, SAS, R) and data visualization tools
- Experience with grant writing and federal compliance (e.g., CDC, HRSA)
- Valid Missouri driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of HIPAA, FERPA, and public health emergency preparedness protocols
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
