Responsibilities
- Design and implement public health initiatives targeting underserved communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and develop intervention strategies
- Collaborate with government agencies, nonprofits, and healthcare providers
- Develop health education materials and lead community outreach programs
- Monitor program effectiveness and prepare impact reports for stakeholders
- Secure and manage grant funding for public health projects
- Advise policymakers on evidence-based health regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R)
- Experience with grant writing and fund management
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of local health regulations and community resources
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
