Responsibilities
- Analyze legislative impacts and draft policy recommendations for urban development projects
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on community engagement strategies
- Prepare comprehensive reports for city council and mayoral offices
- Monitor compliance with federal/state regulations for public programs
- Lead research initiatives for sustainable city planning initiatives
- Manage public feedback collection and analysis processes
- Present findings to executive leadership and community stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in government or policy analysis role
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Indiana municipal governance structures
- Certification in public policy management (preferred)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Valid Indiana driver's license
