Responsibilities
- Analyze legislative proposals and regulatory impacts using quantitative and qualitative methods
- Develop comprehensive policy briefs and recommendations for state agencies
- Conduct stakeholder consultations with government entities and community organizations
- Monitor federal policy changes and assess implications for Pennsylvania
- Prepare testimony and reports for legislative committees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of policy analysis or government experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania government structure and processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- U.S. citizenship and Pennsylvania residency required
