Responsibilities
- Analyze complex policy proposals and recommend evidence-based solutions to City Council
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research on urban development and social programs
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholder meetings

- Monitor federal/state regulations for compliance opportunities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, R)
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Virginia driver's license and clean driving record
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
