Responsibilities
- Manage emergency calls using CAD/RMS systems for police, fire, and EMS services
- Provide precise information to first responders during critical incidents
- Maintain detailed logs and documentation of all communications
- Operate radio equipment and multi-line telephone systems
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during large-scale emergencies
- Train on new communication technologies and protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 2 years customer service or call center experience
- Ability to pass background check and psychological evaluation
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
