Responsibilities
- Process 911 and non-emergency calls with precision and empathy
- Dispatch emergency services using CAD/RMS systems
- Maintain constant situational awareness during night operations
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during critical incidents
- Document all interactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Operate radio systems and emergency alert platforms
- Provide after-hours support to field operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Ability to multitask in high-stress environments
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
- Pass background check and polygraph examination
- Proficiency in computer-aided dispatch systems
- EMT certification or equivalent preferred
- Fluency in English; bilingual skills highly valued
