Responsibilities
- Dispatch police, fire, and EMS personnel to emergency calls during night shift hours
- Maintain accurate radio communication with field units and emergency responders
- Enter and update critical incident data in CAD/RMS systems
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency medical guidance to callers
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during major incidents
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Participate in continuous training for emergency protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year dispatch/emergency communications experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Proficiency in CAD/RMS systems and radio operations
- Exceptional multitasking and stress management abilities
- Clear speaking voice and excellent communication skills
- Pass background check and psychological evaluation
