Responsibilities
- Conduct foot and vehicle patrols in designated city zones during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Respond promptly to emergency calls, accidents, and public disturbances
- Enforce city ordinances and state laws with professionalism and impartiality
- Document incidents accurately in digital reporting systems
- Collaborate with dispatch, fire, and EMS teams during critical incidents
- Conduct community outreach initiatives to build neighborhood trust
- Maintain equipment readiness and follow safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
- Valid Missouri Peace Officer certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Minimum 1 year security, military, or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work independently in low-visibility conditions
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Proficient in digital reporting systems and communication tools
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean record
- Pass comprehensive background check and physical fitness assessment
