Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and process incoming mail, faxes, and digital correspondence.
- Answer multi-line telephone systems and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive digital and physical records.
- Assist the public with applications, forms, and general information requests.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute routine memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Support senior staff with scheduling, filing, and special projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
