Responsibilities
- Assist visitors and community members with inquiries at the front desk.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Process applications, forms, and documents for departmental approval.
- Answer multi-line telephone systems and direct calls appropriately.
- Sort and distribute mail and inter-office communications.
- Support senior staff with general administrative tasks and filing.
- Ensure the office environment remains organized and professional.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (training provided).
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid California Driver's License is a plus.
