Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming correspondence and process public requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records for departmental compliance.
- Assist the public with inquiries regarding city services and programs.
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and official correspondence.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

Qualifications
