Responsibilities
- Coordinate county-led community outreach programs in Arlington
- Manage stakeholder relationships with local organizations and residents
- Analyze community feedback to improve service delivery
- Develop and implement public education campaigns
- Prepare monthly reports on program effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional county departments
- Support emergency response coordination initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in local government or non-profit sector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for community events
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Texas residency required
