Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to citizens, businesses, and visitors by answering inquiries and directing requests efficiently.
- Process and verify administrative documents, applications, and permits with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily transactions and correspondence using digital filing systems.
- Assist in the coordination of city facilities, ensuring spaces meet safety and accessibility standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with all municipal regulations, policies, and procedural guidelines.
- Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to resolve complex public service issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driverβs License (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Experience in public administration, customer service, or government operations is a plus.
