Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies for municipal projects
- Analyze policy impacts using data-driven research methods

- Prepare detailed reports for city council presentations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in government or non-profit roles
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or Tableau)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with public speaking and community presentations
- Valid Washington State Driver's License
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status required
