Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in government or nonprofit sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau)
- Experience with public policy research and implementation
- Valid Washington State driver's license
