Responsibilities
- Process citizen inquiries and applications during weekend hours (Sat/Sun)
- Maintain accurate public records and documentation systems
- Coordinate with state agencies to resolve cross-functional issues
- Conduct preliminary eligibility assessments for state programs
- Support emergency response coordination during weekend operations
- Prepare weekly activity reports and performance metrics
- Train and mentor weekend shift staff on procedures
Qualifications
