Responsibilities
- Provide in-person and telephasic citizen assistance for state programs
- Process applications and documentation with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate weekend emergency response protocols
- Update digital records and maintain database integrity
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless service continuity
- Conduct community outreach at weekend events
- Prepare weekly shift performance reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid California Driver's License
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass background check and fingerprinting
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
