Responsibilities
- Coordinate interdepartmental projects to streamline public service delivery
- Manage citizen inquiries and resolve service-related issues within SLAs
- Research and analyze community needs for policy recommendations
- Collaborate with local agencies on grant-funded initiatives
- Prepare compliance reports for state/federal regulations
- Lead community outreach programs and public forums
- Maintain accurate documentation of service metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in government or public sector roles
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of Florida Sunshine Law and procurement processes
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Clear background check and fingerprinting required
