Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise infrastructure projects including road maintenance and water systems
- Develop and implement departmental budgets and resource allocation plans
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Florida state regulations
- Coordinate with city council and community stakeholders for project approvals
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and technical specialists
- Prepare and submit progress reports to city administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Public Administration
- 5+ years of public sector project management experience
- Valid Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Proficiency in GIS and infrastructure management software
- Demonstrated experience with federal grant applications
- Strong knowledge of Florida Sunshine Law and procurement protocols
