Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years municipal infrastructure management experience
- Tennessee Professional Engineer (PE) certification required
- Proven experience with federal grant applications (e.g., FEMA, DOT)
- Advanced knowledge of OSHA and ADA compliance standards
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS systems, and project management software
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
