  • Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and common building codes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Physical ability to perform site visits, including walking on uneven terrain, standing for extended periods, and lifting moderate loads.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
