Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site inspections of municipal construction projects

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in construction technology preferred
- Minimum 2 years construction inspection experience
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with clean driving record
- ICBO/ICC certifications (Certified Building Inspector or similar)
- Proficiency with inspection software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of local building codes and ADA regulations
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
