Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, paving, and sidewalk repairs
- Operate light machinery (sweepers, forklifts) with proper certification

- Assist in stormwater management and drainage system maintenance
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and city regulations
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project timelines
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Willingness to obtain equipment certifications
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Minnesota residency preferred
