Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including road repair, drainage maintenance, and debris removal
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws, sweepers) under supervision
- Assist in public facility maintenance (parks, sidewalks, traffic signals)
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on time-sensitive projects
- Document work progress and report equipment malfunctions
- Participate in emergency response during weather events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Maryland Driver's License required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in all weather

- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety standards
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
